State Fayre - Brand New Festival for 2026
The party returned to Hylands Park, Chelmsford, in front of a Serious Stages TZM main stage at the inaugural State Fayre Festival, June 26-29, 2026.
The Kings of Leon, Alanis Morrissette and TheLumineers headlined a line-up befitting the first State Fayre festival, withthe audience enjoying the fabulous music and food, with an Americana vibe, on abeautifully dressed site, curated by Festival Republic, across the sunnyweekend in Essex.
Serious Stages’ TZM Main stage, flanked bygoalposts for video screens and pa presented a 45m span spectacle onto the mainarea. The onsite team, led by Ramon Garcia and Denis Cole, installed a 12mT-Thrust overnight on Saturday, ready for The Lumineers’ Sunday headlineshow. Serious also installed cameraplatforms, the Raised Viewing Platform and two low front-of-house structuresfor technical lighting and sound. Behind these for Sunday’s show they alsoinstalled two 12m spot towers.
Serious Stages provided two indoor tented stagesfor the State Fayre, featuring upcoming artists, such as Amble, to establishedfaves Elvis Costello, the Coral and Razorlite.
